Positive Intelligence

Sustainable Change using Powerful Habits

The Positive Intelligence program empowers you to achieve sustainable change. Through daily practices, neural pathways are laid down and new habits can be formed that boost both performance and wellbeing. Research shows that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only five positive response factors (5 Sage powers). Discovering your Saboteurs and being able to intercept them by using Sage powers result in a wide range of positive impacts such as stress reduction, more resilience, improved relationships, better performance, and improved leadership, creativity and happiness. This is because the brain is being rewired at the root level rather than treating the presenting symptoms or behaviors.

How does Positive Intelligence Work?

A six week foundation course and customized app will get you started. 15 minutes of daily practice (broken up into smaller segments to fit into your busy schedule) Weekly hour-long videos deliver the focus for the week, while helping you feel energized and inspired. Get real time feedback on your progress (brain MRI's show visible change in only 8 weeks). Join an accountability group and gain the benefits from community support.

For Teams

While teams and their individual members work hard to achieve goals, many experience conflict, friction and stress which undermines their collective potential. This is because team members can unknowingly sabotage their own and other's performance and wellbeing. Positive Intelligence training enables individuals to increase awareness of how they are showing up, and how they can grow and contribute to team performance using four team principles.

Regardless of WHAT we do in our lives, our WHY - our driving purpose, cause or belief - never changes.
